Each one of the homes displayed on these pages are featured in the 2022 Plan Book and can be purchased as a Stock Plan. Each Stock Plan can be modified or purchased “as-is”.



Our Stock Plans include a full set of construction drawings including: Cover Sheet, General Specifications, Fully detailed floor plans & Exterior Elevations, Foundation plan, Floor framing plans, Roof framing plans, Building cross sections, Lighting plans, Architectural details & Structural details. Plans will need to be coordinated with local lumber suppliers for necessary floor joist and roof truss engineering. We can provide these services at an additional cost. 



Lateral engineering, Beam calculations and Site plans are not included. Services can be provided at an additional cost.
